As a mom, I find that every little step we take to protect our children’s future is a victory. One significant movement that has resonated with many of us is zero waste living. But what exactly do we mean by “zero waste”? Essentially, it’s about minimizing the amount of waste we produce, aiming to send nothing to landfills, incinerators, or the ocean. When we avoid the temptation to buy more stuff, we have less material things weighing us down. Less stuff to manage, maintain, repair and store. And, happily, much less stuff to declutter at it’s end of life or use or interest by us and our family.
